ParentPay is an online payment service for schools and families and the website can be accessed by clicking here.
The Local Authority have sent out activation letters which you should have received via email. Where we don’t hold an email address, letters have been printed and will be given directly to children.
All children requiring school dinners will need to book meals in advance via ParentPay and will need to pay at the time of booking. For children entitled to free school meals, bookings for meals and breakfast club will still need to be made via ParentPay but there will be no charge when you check out.
When booking school dinners, the system will only allow you to make bookings or amendments up to 7:00am on the day of attendance.
Breakfast club should be used as emergency provision only and will need to be booked in advance via ParentPay, by 12.00pm on the Friday before the following week e.g. booked by Friday 12th March for WB 15th March.
Please note, school dinners will only be provided where meals have been booked in advance. We are no longer able to accept payment by cash or cheque.
